Achieving net zero carbon by 2050 is one of the greatest ambitions set by the UK Government. In order to meet our net zero carbon targets, retrofitting existing UK homes requires a dramatic step change.

There are three significant benefits for making domestic properties more energy efficient. These include: lower energy bills and reduction in fuel poverty; decarbonisation of the UK’s housing stock; and better environmental conditions for residents, including less draughty properties and better air quality.
